Free standard shipping is provided for all orders over $90 within Australia and New Zealand.
Standard shipping can typically take anywhere between 4-10 business days to arrive. RuSoy will issue you with a tracking number, we currently use Australia Post.
Please note that times may increase for regional areas.
COVID19: During these unprecedented times there may be a slight delay with deliveries. We use our preferred provider -Australia Post and we will monitor your tracking number with you.

Free local delivery is available on all orders purchased over $50. This is an option for Sydney CBD and a radius of up to 30 kilometres.
If you choose the local delivery option we will email you directly to arrange a delivery time and we will ask you to confirm a safe place to leave your order if you are not home.
International shipping is subject to enquiry only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all enquiries.
Please choose carefully when deciding to order from RuSoy as we are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind. We appreciate your business and invite you to ask any questions if you are unsure. Our Candles and Diffusers are all made to order and handmade with love.
Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event your RuSoy order/goods arrives damaged please email us directly within 7 days of receiving your delivery email@example.com we will organise a replacement or refund.
