Shipping Fee

Flat rate shipping of $14.95 is applied to orders under $125.

Free Shipping from $125

Free standard shipping is provided for all orders over $125 Australia wide.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping can typically take anywhere between 4-10 business days to arrive.  RuSoy will issue you with a tracking number, we currently use Australia Post.

Please note that times may increase for regional areas. 

Christmas Period: There may be a slight delay with deliveries.  We use our preferred provider -Australia Post and we will monitor your tracking number with you.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully when deciding to order from RuSoy as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind.  We appreciate your business and invite you to ask any questions if you are unsure.  Our Candles and Diffusers are all made to order and handmade with love.

Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event your RuSoy order/goods arrives damaged please email us directly within 7 days of receiving your delivery info@rusoy.com we will organise a replacement or refund.
